I have bought 3 campers from Imperial and only had a couple of warranty issues. They took care of it both times and was really quick to respond. The last issue they took care of us immediately so we could go camping that day. Excellent service!

The worst customer service. Had door fixed a year ago and just finally they got around to getting it painted were they scratched it all up. Looked like a 2 year old completed the work. They also stated that the black cord that plugs from the camper to the truck was shredded when we dropped it off. There is no way it was that way or we wouldn’t have been able to pull it, we wouldn’t have had any lights or signals. Something happened there and they don’t want to own up to it. If you choose to go here make sure to video tape your camper inside and out so that you can prove that it was fine when you dropped it off. Poorly ran company!

Recently bought a new camper from this dealership and it was very easy and no pressure what so ever. They gave me the most for my trade and even added some extras so we could make a deal. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

Amazing experience at Imperial RV Center in Ankeny! From walking in the door and being greeted ... I came without my husband. None of the salesmen there tried to up sell me or treat me any differently being a female. They listened to our families needs and helped identify a few nice campers to bring the hubby back to check out! Denise the owner and her son in law Zach are so helpful and always take my calls as a new camper owner with questions. The financing was super smooth! Also we have had the camper a few months and like anything new you have to get a few kinks handled and their service was amazing! We were leaving town that day and they squeezed us in right at opening on Saturday and had three guys help to get us on the road quickly! First class place! Will never go anywhere else!
