Worst branch I have ever been in to, filled with incompetence and total lack of respect for your time or convenience. Avoid like the plague

DO NOT BANK HERE. I wish I read the review to see what I was getting into. I wasted so many hours of my life on the phone with these people that I will never get back. You would think banking is easy how can they mess this up, well give them a shot and find out for yourself!!

Do not bank here. They are discriminate against people who work for themselves.

Awful customer service. They will talk to you about all of the free services included with your account when signing up but once you try to call or email someone about using one of those services, you don't get a response. If you want a Credit Union for anything other than just a place to keep your money, look elsewhere.

I had an issue with my account that had been really irritating me. The staff here were a breath of fresh air and helped me understand and resolve it. Outstanding communication skills and customer service at this branch, in my experience.

This bank will take you down and blame you afterwards. Choose another bank!
