Large branch by busy street with no toilets for customers. That's some BS.
I’ve always been treated like family including my 84 y/o mother not only by the tellers and drive thru personnel but the branch manager. My mother can’t walk and is disabled and the branch manager took all of his IT equipment out to the parking lot for her to sign documents. To me he went way beyond his job description. Thank you
Drive through line just took an HOUR. I give you 2 stars cuz we’re in COVID, but also whaaaattt?! There were 5 cars in front of me. That’s 20 minutes a transaction... at a drive through.
Started using this branch for my personal banking and they're great. Good customer service and a convenient location. Highly Recommend
