Carolina Dermatology

After getting a referral from my doctor, I had to wait half a year to be seen at Carolina Dermatology. They called me to set up an appointment since my doctor referred me, but other than that, you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. I've called the office five or six times in the last couple of months, the phone has never been answered once. I've even left messages and they never got back to me. Today I resorted to pressing number options that had nothing to do with my reason for calling, I just needed to get someone on the phone, and then they could transfer me to the proper place. My call went unanswered at every single phone option, and when it finally went to voicemail, the machine said there was an issue and you could not even leave a voicemail! Doesn't matter, they wouldn't have called back. I moved on to a different doctor since they obviously don't want/need me as a patient, but they are even slowing the process of my care down at this new place, because they still have not sent my records over as requested by the new place. Ridiculous...

Never can get anyone on the phone . Left a message and instead of calling the number I gave them they called my husband saying they did not have my number and I needed to make a appt. Called to make appt and was told I could not been seen till bill of $11 was paid and then lady hung up on me. On the search for another doc.

The entire office is super clean and beautiful, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and office has great location.

Would not take me as a client because I did not get a referral even though my insurance does not require it stupid policy

Dr. Jamison is wonderful! Don't be misled by the front office staff's attitude that sometimes can be a bit rude (maybe because of all the people they see in a day).
