Dr. Wayne G. Rogers, MD

I was in need of an urgent appointment and live nearly an hour away from Dr. Roger's office, but his staff worked with my own busy schedule to get me in. I have been back a few times since that 1st appointment. Honestly, I read these reviews and expected to walk into a horrible environment. Dr. Rogers and his staff have been wonderful to me. They have worked with my schedule, the distance (trying to get to them from so far away via I-85 is a total disaster all the time - it was completely shut down for hours one morning preventing me from making it to 1 appointment at all), and most importantly my difficult health issues. I have a diagnosis, which Dr. Rogers (and his staff) have worked endlessly to treat. I just want to say thank you to his entire staff!

I’ve been going to Dr. Rogers since middle school (I’m now in my 30’s). He’s very knowledgeable and always guides me in the right direction. Agreed, some staff are friendlier than others but I’m not there for the staff or their personality. I go to Dr. Rogers because I believe he’s good at his job and isn’t taking money out of my pocket (if I don’t need to come back for a follow up he’s honest about it).

After being a patient here for over 20 some years I never felt more betrayed. I think Dr. Rogers and his associate Dr. Fox have taken on way to many patients. I feel I have become just a number on a patient log and not a person. The lack of care is unbelievable. They say they call and make reminder calls but that is not true. Then when you miss an appointment they charge you $100.00 to be seen again. That is what I call money hungry. After all these years there as a patient I have spent plenty of my money to help keep this office in business. Needless to say I will never be going back there again. It's a shame how far they have fallen. I don't even want to click on a star but its the only way it will let me post this.

This guy walks in for about 2 minutes and writes a prescription. Scheduled back in 3 weeks and rash is still visible. He said he was pleased with it and to keep using the same cream that doesn’t work. He was pleased but I wasn’t. I went to another dermatologist and got another cream. In just under a week I no longer have the rash. The staff at this place is a little rude also

Unbelievable nasty staff. After a month of tring to get a prescription, with calls NEVER returned, me stpping my day to go to the office, with no assistance. I waited on my next appt. Dr. Rogers and Anna ASSURED me when I left and drove to get my prescription, I could do so this time. Guess what, could not bc the office had not completed needed forms. The wonderful pharmacist called there office and grouchy Sabrina sent her to vm. The pharmacist ask me to call bc she felt I could better get them to do their job. Sabrina answered and I explained I could wait for Anna. She proceeded to tell me it might be after hours, the pharmacy had just called, she was busy, I would need to get some patience and hung up. After seeing all the horrible reviews, they need classes, a better life or be terminated.
