I visited this office for my friend’s appointment. She went in for 3 different conditions. Keith Fox PA took time to explain each issue individually, various treatment options for each, and gave time for questions. They were very busy at this office so the visit was fairly quick but all questions and concerns were addressed. He was very courteous of our time and our money. He suggested we try an over-the-counter cream that was $40 less than the prescription before investing in the full-strength prescription version (in case of an unknown allergy). I was pleasantly surprised based on google reviews of the business. I would definitely recommend visiting this office.

I have had good experiences with Rogers. Always able to get appts quickly and very friendly. After the other big dermatologist struggled for 2 months, Rogers knew how to fix it on first visit. This is my go to dermatologist.

Waste of time. Six visits, one chunk of skin tested and then come to find out the cream for "eczema" he gave me side effects are itching and burning! (What I went in there in the first place floor) And to top it all off I do a little WebMD Research and this is eczema 101 they say your dermatologist should be doing "If a rash won’t go away, is uncomfortable, or develops a crust or pus-filled blister, see your doctor. he will check your medical history, symptoms, and ask you about any allergies that run in your family. You may also get allergy tests or a microscopic exam of a skin scraping (seen here) to rule out infections." NO ALLERGY TEST WAS DONE. Doc is a nice friendly guy that wasted my time and caused more suffering.

Dr. Rogers and his staff are excellent. Diagnosed my problem immediately and we have a plan to take care of it. Helpful in every way.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Rogers. The nurse didn't listen to my symptoms, she just told me that I had a certain condition that would go away in several months. When Dr. Rogers came in, HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY RASH. He literally came in for 1 minute, signed off on a prescription, and shut me down when I asked him more questions insisting that he knew what he was talking about. Turns out, he did give me the completely wrong diagnosis-- probably because he didn't take two seconds to double check and look at my rash. It was completely unethical for him to make a diagnosis based on the nurse's opinion. I spent time and a lot of time/ money, and now (a year and a half later) I am spending more money to solve a problem that is still there and has gotten worse. Every time I would call with concern over the rash, the staff told me to "wait it out" because it will go away--very rudely might I add. Please avoid Dr. Rogers at all cost.
