Adam came to my home and was very courteous. He explained everything that he needed to do and he was able to get me a discount on the original price of the Windows. I am looking forward to having my new windows installed. I had new windows installed this week; Tommy and Nico were very nice and did an excellent job. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was clean inside and outside of my home before leaving. I would recommend this company for any remodeling projects.

I don't trust people that can't be on time. After no less that 7 calls and texts to my number verifying my wife and I would be home (a requirement which I find ridiculous) they pushed out appointment until later and then asked us to reschedule. First I travel every week and my wife takes night classes. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be home and she skipped her class so we could BOTH be available for their 90 minute consult. If someone cannot have the courtesy to show up for an appointment especially when they put restrictions on us that we MUST both be home, and then they want us to jump through hoops to accommodate them, I do not want them touching my home. Usually when they require both people to be present, it is to prevent the let me talk to my wife or let me discuss with my husband. Much like the timeshare deals where you both must attend and then get the hard sell. Only company out of 4 I contacted that had this requirement.

Adam has been more than courteous today as we go through this process of acquiring new windows for my home. He has shown me many options within my budget and we have been able to come to an agreement!
