Zen Windows Carolina

I can't speak highly enough on Brian and Scott and the guys at Zen Windows. Super professional and they certainly know what they are doing. Absolutely love their approach and business model where no sleazy sale tactics are employed. The entire initial process was all done via phone and email. Once ready to commit to the purchase and before final pricing is complete and order is placed, PM comes out and measures etc. Best price I found compared to other window companies and with a reasonable timeline for the entire process. All of their product information is online with YouTube videos and all. I didn't go with their triple pane window model (Lotus) because although it is more efficient, I don't think it justifies the cost increase and most triple glass pane windows have a green tint to it. I ended up deciding on their Nirvana line and I absolutely love the product (Double pane). Crazy sound insulation and privacy, easy to clean and maintain and my AC/Heat units barely turn on now since the house maintains its temperature. The whole process of quoting and changes to the quote etc was done via email. Glad I was working with a company that embraces technology and the way things are done today. Their installers are courteous and polite, clean up the work area and take care of your belongings. They even removed their shoes when working inside the house which is not much of the project anyway. Everything is installed from the outside. They were always on time and showed exactly when they said they would and between the installers, Scott the PM and Brian they explained every step of the process. I ended up doing my entire house including big foyer, frosted bathroom, and big picture bay window. Fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The process was easy from the beginning. The communication process with the owner was very helpful, especially when selecting the products that worked for us best. The window's look great and we have received numerous compliments. Would recommend!

Sales people are actually nice and interested in the project, rather than just selling a door. Brian's follow up and communication was top-notch, better than any other professional I have ever dealt with. The installers were on time, professional and did a wonderful job. The door is fabulous! One special note. My husband is legally blind. When Brian came out to do the measurement and assess, he inquired if we need anything special with the threshold due to his condition, and we worked with color of handle. No one has ever taken note of this before. I would recommend Zen Doors with 5 stars all the way around.

Zen Windows provided a quality product, professional installation and hassle free quotes. The owner, Brian took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us many cost saving options and personally stopped by our home to make sure the installation went well. I highly recommend Zen! Thank you for making this a great experience for us.

Our experience with Zen Windows Carolina was absolutely amazing, from start to finish! Never did I feel pressured in any way (which in two previous visits from other companies, I absolutely did and hated it). Brian offered to communicate via email, phone or any other way I felt comfortable to avoid making me feel pressured and I respect that a lot. After providing Brian with all the information needed, I received a quote that very same day. Once we decided to move forward with Zen Windows Carolina, Scott came out to get the exact measurements of the windows and this is when my experience got even better. We had a total of four windows that were noted on a recent home inspection as needing to be replaced; two of which were both framed with other windows, which meant the others should really be replaced as well, or they really wouldn't look good. Scott recommended these other two be replaced but did not do so in a pressuring manner. Scott then pointed out that the other two single windows did not necessarily need to be replaced at that time, which would keep me at the original four-window estimate. I was amazed that this was even mentioned but it appears Scott, Brian and the entire Zen Windows Carolina team know that taking care of customers is what will bring them back. The actual installation was great as well; the crew showed up 20 minutes early, cleaned up everything when finished and ensured my wife knew exactly how to open (from top and bottom) and clean the windows. They also helped put back together/fix a piece of molding that I broke when removing the blinds! Again, just the absolute best service all around, from start to finish. Zen Windows Carolina will be taking care of additional window needs, as well as our patio door.
