Brian was more than helpful and accommodating when he replaced my windshield. He took care of everything even when he was on vacation. Ordered my windshield from the dealership, worked directly with the insurance company, and had my new windshield installed in less than an hour. So glad I went with a local glass repair place. Couldn’t ask for better quality work, timeliness, or awesome customer service! Highly recommend!

Brian was extremely accommodating to my situation. He replaced my windshield and front passenger window at night (which was a lot of work in the dark). He came on time, replaced both windows within an hour, and accepted my insurance at the last minute. He was a huge blessing and had everything set up and ready to go within a few hours. I was so pleased with my experience with Rapid Glass! I needed immediate repair for my car from a rock shattering my windshield where there was glass inside the car. It was already after 5:00, many places were already closed and I could not get to a rental car location. Bryan answered quickly when called him after 5:00 and he was able to make me his first appointment the next morning. He ensured my car would be finished by a specific time that I needed it, and I have had no problems with my new windshield. I recommend this company to anyone who needs quick and reliable service. I had to get a front windshield replaced on my car yesterday. I searched other companies on Google. Others had higher fees (some fees were hidden) and bad reviews. I chose to go with Rapid Glass Service and I must say I'm very glad that I did. The service was very professional from the first phone call until after my windshield was installed. Great customer service, communication and very reasonable rates! I Highly recommend!
