Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Columbia

I am very disappointed is the way the company took advantage of my mother. Do not use this company. My mother bought 2 windows for the garage and these scam artist charged her $3500. Lowe's and home Depot for top of line windows would have been less than a $1000. So all you senior citizens watch out. They take advantage of older ones. Do not do business with these people.

I definitely, and will not, recommend Champion Windows to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Their product and material are very cheap. As much as you pay them you would think they wouldn't give you such cheap door handles, windows, and doors. Had I known before hand, their employees don't use their own product, I'd never have used Champion Windows. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. Nothing but problems from day one, and they want you to pay $99 every time they come out, even for something as simple as a door handle.

I have been fighting with Champion Windows customer service for about 4 weeks about my sliding glass door handle. I have replaced it several times now they want to tell me that we are not sliding the door correctly the metal part pulled out from the screws. There's only one way to slide it so if I want to replace it, it will cost me because it's not under warranty. I told them there's only one way to slide it.The runners are always clean so I don't know what there talking about.

When looking for new windows for our home we contacted several different companies that said they were the best at it each company keep compareing them selfs to Champion so my wife and I said lets call Champion Windows when the rep came to our home he wanted to hear what we wanted not what he thought we needed he was helpful in the process showing the different glass the many styles to pick from we even replaced our doors once we made our choice the price was set and was very reasonable the rep made it clear that it would be 6 weeks until the install crew could get to our job to our suprise they were at our home in less then 5 weeks the intall crew was very good at their job they keep every thing neat and when they finished all we could say is wow it is just beautful we loved their work so much I contacted our rep and had them do a sun room and deck as well and again wow if you want the best company for windows ,sun rooms decks or any of the many other products Champions sells do yourself a favor contact them 1st you will not be disappointed L Timms

I need a sliding screen door repaired. Called their service department and they informed me it would be 3 to 5 days before they even call me back to make an appointment to make the repair! Warning, stay away from this company!!
