I'd like to give these guys a six but. I had a broken a VICTORBILT window. No one could repair it (really? a 20 year old window?}, not even Victor was able. Now they make the same window but use "thinner wood". This was only ONE of the problems with VictorBilt. AVOID THEM unless you plan to sell and pass the problem on to the next owner. After asking me 1000 questions Davenport Glass would not fix it. My last chance was Kapasi. God bless them. I made them 4 star as I have been there several times and customer service varies from friendly and helpful to I'll get to you when I want".

The owner is sexist, rude and verbally abusive, not only to customers, but his workers as well.

Needed glass replaced in a window that was broken into. Kapasi offers fast, professional, and affordable service. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends and colleagues.
