Taylors Window & Screen

We are very happy with our new Taylors Windows! They are beautiful to look at and very easy to open, lock, and clean. We got exactly what we wanted! The bonus with our job was having Justin install them. He was extremely thorough and we so appreciate his attention to detail. He had to spend some long days working on our home, but we loved having him here, and his work and clean up are second to none!! We will gladly recommend both the company and Justin to all

We are very pleased with our new windows. Our neighbors, who had theirs replaced within the past couple of years by a different company, have even commented on how good they look and how well the vinyl wrapping turned out. They thought our windows turned out better (less extraneous caulking, tighter seams). The lead time was a little longer than we would have liked (about 8 weeks from order to install), but the installation crew was incredibly fast and professional. They installed 16 windows and wrapped exterior window trim in vinyl in under 4 hours (including cleanup!). My only complaint is the greenish tint of the windows (mostly noticeable at night in reflections) but I believe that's standard for all energy efficient windows.

The following were the items that sold me on Taylors.... 1-The rep (Tim C.) was outstanding that came to my house as he was informed, gave choices, recommendations, demonstration, and was able to give me an idea on the spot of what I was wanting would cost. Not to mention, they were extremely quick to set up the initial appointment that worked for me. 2-The installers were professional (actually installed windows the day after a snow, and while it was a very cold day, they kept "openings" to a minimum) and were extremely neat and careful to keep areas clean. 3-The few times I had to call the local office was very pleasurable each and every time I spoke with someone there. 4-Very accommodating as far as installation time. 5-In the business I'm in, I actually work with some of the large US window companies, and these guys are a step ahead of them when it comes to a quality product, reasonable prices, and customer service. 6-Of all the home repairs, additions, etc. that I've had done, this was easily one of the nicer companies I've dealt with.

I love my new windows. Everyone was very nice and professional from the sales people at the Home Show to the Salesman and the installers. They cleaned everything up and were very polite. I wish i had gotten them years ago. So easy to use. Has saved on my electric bill and they keep the outside noise out. Love, Love Love them. Jane Price

We absolutely LOVE our new Taylors windows! We replaced all 27 windows in our 25-year old home at the same time. The highly knowledgeable and friendly salesman, who made my husband and me feel like we had known him for years, actually demonstrated and explained the difference between Taylors window design, construction and quality versus the popular advertised brands. He even showed us a copy of their so called “Lifetime Warranty” in writing. It was a “no brainer”. Taylors won us over that very evening. And when it came to price, we were pleasantly surprised. Taylors offers a superior product at an economical price. We did have to wait several weeks for our new windows due to their high demand but it sure was worth it. Taylors professional, friendly, 3-man installation crew installed our 27 windows in 1-1/2 days. They had to come inside to caulk. They helped move items away from the windows and pictures off the walls that could possibly fall. They were very respectful and considerate. They even cleaned before they left! We ordered 2 doors that we are looking forward to seeing soon. We highly recommend Taylors Window & Screen for your window and door needs!!!!!
