Cedar Bend Humane Society

I have adopted three animals (two cats and a dog) from Cedar Bend and they have been amazing every time. They know each and every one of the animals in there not only by name, but by personality and temperament as well. They can give you the history of the animals that are housed there without even hardly looking at their paperwork. They care so much about the animals and finding great homes for them. I will always adopt and support Cedar Bend. I also just ran their 5k this past weekend and what an amazing event it was to see shelter dogs have the opportunity to run with people! We had an amazing time with Titan. Good job, Cedar Bend!

Very friendly staff with somewhat rigorous adoption standards - a good thing! There are usually two cat rooms you can enter and occasionally a separate room for kittens that's quarantined. There's a separate hall for dogs with the most well behaved dogs in open enclosures so you can pet them. I enjoy just going in to socialize with the cats and dogs.

Friendly helpful staff. The critters are well cared for. We even brought a new family member home with us.

Wonderful full service shelter! You can tell that the staff truly love and care for all of the animals. They have hearts of gold. Great customer service!
