Beautiful location. I rented a two bedroom cottage. It was adequate but tired. Holes in the screens, rain poured in under the sliding glass doors, needs a lot of work. The groundskeeper was very unfriendly, screamed at his young son a lot, had the loud leaf blower & tractor going before 8am. Thunderstorms knocked out the power, so no pump, no water, no electricity, no generator. After sitting in the dark and hoping for power, we had to leave late at night to find another place to stay (with water, electricity, flush toilets) in Tomahawk. The next morning we returned to the resort and they didn't have a plan to remedy lack of electricity. So we checked out. The front desk person couldn't credit my card (no electricity) but she promised I would only be billed for the three nights I was able to stay. A month later, they only credited me for one night out of six. I contacted them and they said they decided NOT TO CREDIT ME since the loss of electricity wasn't their fault (God's fault). I FEEL RIPPED OFF!

This place is AMAZING!! My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. The view is beautiful. Every morning we ate breakfast on the deck by the lake. It was so quiet, we hardly heard the other guests. The cleaning staff thoroughly cleaned our room each day, and the continental breakfast was way more than what we were expecting.

Great place. We slept 3 kids and two adults on 2 king size bed. Breakfast is small but very good. Coffee was ok. Loved the hard boiled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Room was very clean and the price was great.

Stayed for work travel, friendly staff and had all basic amenities.
