Landmark Resort, Door County

It only lets me do a full star and not a half star. We paid for a water view at the resort. We checked in and made it to our place. We had about 90% woods and if you peeked around the hotel you could get a glimpse of the water. They apologized to me several times saying they understood what I was looking at. I asked if there was anything that could be done. They responded no. So I said, "You are agreeing with me that this is not as advertised and I am going to pay the same amount and I am going to suck it up and deal with it". The response from the rep, " Yes! I apologize." Disappointing for sure. Cant say we are satisfied. Their Mission on the room envelope said they will meet or exceed expectations. A definite fail at their mission. It has almost been 2 weeks. I was told that a manager would call. I have not heard from them. Really disappointing. I would have given 5 stars had not been for the false advertising, poor customer service, and lack of desire from management to resolve this problem.

Hotel suite was spacious and having a kitchen was handy. Lake view was beautiful. The Navigator building where we stayed had a charming lobby with couches and fireplace overlooking the lake. We didn't eat on site and we were only there for one night. Nice stay and we enjoyed playing a card game while watching the sunset overlooking the lake.

Best resort in Door! Wife has been coming here her whole life and I have been coming her for the last 6 years. Stunning water views of Green Bay. Always clean suites and great amenities. Love having a whirlpool in basement of every building. Love staying here in peak summer session or slower winter.

Stayed as part of a conference. The layout is very nice in a secluded location. Food was decent but not outstanding

Nice pool area, quiet, restaurant great with awesome staff and food. Rooms clean and beautiful.
