Three Bears Resort

We just left Three Bears Resort and cannot stop talking about how awesome it is! We live near the Dells and will definitely choose Three Bears again even over the big parks in the Dells. Super friendly staff and great family atmosphere. The customer service was amazing, and Cody at the front desk went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. The water park and arcade has something for everyone and you can get there in one minute from the room, so it was very convenient to bring our 8 month old back to the room when he got tired! Thank you Three Bears!

We treated our daughter and her husband and their kids, 6 & 3, for spring break 2018 and we were disappointed in the overall experience. The villa was clean, but no broom to keep sand and crumbs off floor. The beds were supposedly queen, but not quite. As far as amenities, the water park closed at 9pm, and no adult time. The food selection was minimal, so I suggest if you don’t want patrons to bring in food or beverages, your selection of food, as well as hours should be extended. Probably will consider other resorts before going back to three bears!

This place is me and my kids second home! We love coming here and spending our time in the water park and enjoying our time with no phones or electrical devices.. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate that the staff are friendly, nice and enjoy doing there job.. I will always come back!!

Great family friendly water park and resort! Has every amenity to have a fun filled weekend, the log cabin rentals are beautiful inside and out, the outdoor water park is small to medium size with pool with basket ball hoops, a fair sized child play pad with it's own slides, and two separate larger water slides. Seating and tables are limited, but from everything experienced to date, I believe staff would try to accommodate if there was a shortage. There is also a food an drink building next to pool. The indoor water park has a large child pool with 8 water slides 2 of which are large and a multitude of interactive water toys. There are multiple hot tubs, one that leads outside of the building. There is a wave pool, good sized Lazy River, two large water slides, and two additional tube/raft style water slides. There are several restaurants and drink stations, coffee shop, adult beverage lounges, and souvenir shops. Resort Rooms are sized well with every amenity for a comfortable stay. There are a few separate family friendly activities located within the resort including Lazer tag and arcade. There is a new addition of an outdoor mini golf course as well, but was not fully finished as of this post, but was open to hotel guests for memorial day weekend of 2018. There are sponsored weekend activities throughout the day for children and families, and a small family friendly train that travels the resort grounds, giving free rides to the hotel guests. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful with wooded areas and large ponds that allow fishing and paddle boating with docks. There is RV camping next to the resort with paved walking and golf cart trails to the main resort and water park. There is also a large outdoor patio off the main lobby to enjoy relaxation and a meal. They have fire places to enjoy at most of the cabins and several outside behind the main lobby for resort guests to enjoy. As a guest of most of the nearby Wisconsin dells area resorts throughout my life, this holds it own in a very competitive water park industry. This is a new favorite of my families and will be a regular visit for years to come. This was a perfect way to spend the Memorial Day Weekend with my family!

Really disappointed in Three Bears. We met our friends from MN there, a perfect meeting place as it was the half way point for both of us. Our kiddos had a great time at the Waterpark but the cabin was a mess. We were told the room wasn't ready when we got there at check-in time and had to wait 45 minutes or so. When we got to the room the cabins appeared to be nice, but the longer we stayed the more we realized it was disgusting. We found wine stains on the wall by the fireplace, hairs on the linens and a dirty baking pan in the oven covered in what appeared to be bacon grease. The TV remote was covered in something nasty and the bathrooms had sand and dirt pushed into the corners of the walls as well. We also had to call maintenance twice. Once to replace the batteries in an adjacent cabin's smoke detector and secondly to fix our leaking kitchen sink. They were quick to make the fixes at least. Overall, the facade of Three Bears is enticing, but we will not be going there again. It's a shame because it has so much potential.
