Cliffside Resort & Suites

The service is beyond great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are perfect comfy. Hot tub is hot, not a warm-tub. And they have lakeside grills and BBQ pits. My only gripes are that the poor little propane BBQ they have on site to use has seen better days.

My husband and I go here often and we friggin' love it. They have indoor/outdoor pools & hot tubs, sauna, and lake access... grills so you can cook your own food, campfires, a game room, fridge and microwave in the rooms. We don't leave the place when we're staying, and it's awesome. We read on our private balcony overlooking the lake, relax in the hammocks, and watch the Bartlett show at sunset. You can even watch the bartlett show from the outdoor hot tub which I love! Small business owners run the place and are very helpful.

Reasonably priced is the best thing to say about Cliffside. Most everything else feels rundown or that it hasn't been used in over a year. We had a Jacuzzi suite which was decent enough. The tub was large and got quite hot. The jets had a lot to improve on. Nothing felt positioned quite right and the amount of air/water they pumped out was meagre at best. The pool was said to be under maintenance when we were there, but there wasn't anything indicating that it had been functional in the past 6 months. That being said, the representative at the front desk was immensely friendly and helpful. With the pool being unusable, we were comped some tickets for a local place (2/5 for that place) which was a nice enough value for not being able to take a swim. Overall, we'd think about going back but we'd explore other options before we make that decision.

great family owned hotel VERRY helpful staff, great location, and a wondèrful view. nice clean rooms and the indoor and outdoor pool were fun for the kids 4 and 13 years old. definitely going back 🖒🖒
