Wilderness Resort

Amazing place! Has 3 different water parks and lots of entertainment areas like arcade and indoor go carts. Is a pretty massive hotel but navigation around is not bad! The wave is the most relaxing area. We went in mid February and stayed on a weeknight for a great price. The hot tub area that leads to the outside is pretty awesome-spent quite a bit of time there! Rooms were pretty spacious as well with a fold out couch/ sitting area separate from beds.

Awesome place was staying at the other side of the hotel since they have 2 other hotels connected with it and wanted to stay few more days so we got a room here what can I say it was still awesome on another note I forgot to mention that these places have kitchens so bring your own food they give you pots pans all the stuff you need to cook and eat with just missing food so it really feels like home here just like the other room only one thing this room did not have was washer n dryer but did not matter.. I was on 4th floor one quick ride down and I'm in the out door pool balcony faced the out door water park was night lit up at night still in awesome place to be at love it here

Me any my family came Easter weekend we do every year there was 10 in our group and while in the wave pool area in the Cabana section we we're walking to the side to get some pool towels from the small shop when doing so my husband step in human feces. A bit surprised to what he stepped in he lifted up his foot I told him to stay at our table while I went to get a worker didn't want to spread or make it into a big deal. But after finding someone not only were they kinda talking about who was going to do the job to come handle cleaning up the situation we were never offered a wet rag or anything to clean his foot but the worker talking about how this was not the worst thing they have seen there I felt as if it was not handled the best it could have been and we understand being in this business you probably do see a lot but just to have offered something he could of cleaned off his foot with would of made it much better I had to run to the restroom to get him tissue paper

Best place to spend time with family . Indoor water parks my grandkids loved. Shuttle buses picking you up at our villas was great. Drivers nice friendly. Lots to do go karts, mini golf, rope climbing, laser tag, room escape. So much to do little time. Our Villas was home away from home. Definitely returning again summer.

My family has been going here for 15 years, this place has it all, indoor waterpark, outdoor, golfing, spa. Seriously it's amazing. Indoor and outdoor amusement parks, Go carts, zip lines. Nice rooms but you are never in them with so much to do. All at an affordable price so we go 2-3 times a year. Staff are all so nice, see you all soon!
