I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is fabulous. The hotel staff and owner are always hospitable. I have recommended this hotel to many people who all return raving about their fabulous stay.

This is a great place to stay. Not for the rich snobs from Chicago that drive Land Rovers. Most likely those are their reviews that give it less that 3 stars. Come here with an open mind, not looking for fancy and modern and enjoy your vacation you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service! Checked in very late, the lady let us use a roll away bed! Awesome, updated rooms! Great place.

Yet another Wisconsin Dells establishment with bed bugs! People should realize how common this is in tourist areas like this. It is no surprise that there is always a resort/hotel/motel/etc. with this problem. It comes with having hundreds of thousands of people sleeping in the same beds every year. This just happened May 7th! Tourist season hasn't started!

Very comfortable stay. Very cozy rooms. Friendly staff. And I saw a fire spinner on a Sunday night during the summer on their Beach. It was amazing
