I will travel to Des Moines for this alone! I’m a MN native and love to eat. This place gives some great spins on normal foods that makes you think about it and even talk about for days. Thanks for the read! PS. Wear a clean shirt and don’t be afraid to put on a nice dress:)

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have been to Centro. The first time we didn't have much time to eat because we were going to a show and couldn't take it to go. The waiter was so amazing that he offered to hold it at the restaurant for us until the show was over. This time we went for my wife's birthday and the service was amazing again. Our food arrived fast and was perfect. The price is a tad expensive but it's worth it. We have found our new favorite restaurant.

This place somehow manages to be both fine and casual dining. Wear jeans and a shirt or go dressed for prom. It's slightly expensive when you're just looking at the numbers but when you taste the food it'll all be worth it. Don't have room for dessert? Ask to take some home with you. It's perfect.

Wonderful experience. Beautiful open concept. Food was spectacular. Planning to bring food lovers for next trip! Bring a cardigan, or borrow your partners jacket. If you're wearing a light top. You may be sat underneath one of the airvents.

Quality food in higher end atmosphere. Pleasant interior. Can be noisy when it gets busy which can be distracting during conversation. Service is great. Really enjoy lunch/specials. Food is consistent and good. Never had poor experience with food. A place I would recommend.
