Fuji Japanese Steak House

First we got right in and seated in a booth for lunch. I do want to mention they had specials for the hibachi seating so you need to check for the best deal. I had and shared a variety of items. I especially liked the conch appetizer but it's on the hot the side which I liked. I also tried the the tuna sushi but it's ground tuna in a rice roll which I honestly didn't care for but it's okay. The eel roll I had was cooked but it was excellent. Finally the California my daughter had came with shredded crab and was just okay. Overall it was a good lunch and worth the visit.

The best sushi in this part of the world. Fear not that this is a few miles from the ocean. The sushi is top rate! Great selection, invigorating libations, and quit honestly food that just made my day. I walk in with a bad attitude from the long day and after enjoying their atmosphere and food, I left with dare I say a positive outlook. Well worth the stop!! Send that picky friend to the pizza place across the parking lot and ENJOY yourself.

We went for lunch. Lunch is less expensive and I think they use it for chef practice. This hibachi chef was great. Usually we see the same old thing, but this guy was awesome. He did a magic trick and told some funny jokes. Food tasted great also.

We went to Fuji for the first time this past weekend and were sadly disappointed. We didn't have a reservation but were able to be seated right away. I wish they would have waited a bit longer to seat us as we felt we were shoved into a hibachi table that had progressed into their meal prep already so it was a rush to order and enjoy the soup/salad. In comparison to other Japanese steakhouse restaurants the food seemed to be bland. We were disappointed with the Miso soup and fried rice especially. Those in our party that had steak were very displeased as all ordered their steak as medium and it was beyond well-done by the time it was served to them on their plate. The staff were courteous and attended to our needs. Just wish the food and experience better matched the amount of money spent on the meal.

Amazing place to get some hibachi or sushi rolls, they run student discount but you need your ID to avail it! They have weekly discounts so make sure to check them out! Reasonably priced for the quality of food that you get!
