BRAVO Cucina Italiana

We went for lunch on a Friday and the restaurant was on the busy side. The pepperoni appetizer was very good and enough for 4 people. We tried a couple of different sangria drinks and they were very good too. For the entries two of us had the lobster ravioli, it's on the rich side but we both loved it. Other of us had the chicken primavera which was also very good. The fourth person had the soup and salad which they enjoyed as well. The cheese cake and berry desserts we shared was also good. We really enjoyed the meal and plan to go back. I would have ranked it a five if the service was quicker.

Normally Bravo gives you a wonderful a delightful experience. The food is normally fabulous and the service was flawless. I wish I could understand what had happened to Bravo within the last few months. This has gone downhill so abruptly with the service. Food is still wonderful, however, the service could really use some additional training or direction..

I don't ever leave Bravo feeling dissatisfied. However, they need to work on their initial greeting to a new table. My past couple of visits, I've been seated and then had to wait and wait for a server. Lately I've had to make eye contact with someone, or wave someone down and from that point on, everything seems to be firing on all cylinders. Food is always on point, and if you like their Facebook page, there are always extra coupons you can utilize.

They were a little understaffed and our poor waiter was running ragged trying to make sure we got everything we ordered. Through it all, he kept up a great smile and concern for our dining experience! Excellent service in spite of a few minor delays. The food was delicious!

We went as a group with reservations. While the wait-staff kept us well supplied with beverages, the good orders took nearly an hour to arrive at the table after ordering. Several people commented that their food was bland and my dish, scampi shrimp pasta lacked flavor.
