Emil Nazaryan was our agent, and he was fantastic. He made the process very easy to navigate and stress-free. At our initial consultation, he took the time to explain the home-buying process, including explaining all the various real estate lingo and look-fors. He was a great listener, advocated for us, and was very patient and reassuring when things can sometimes be a bit complex during the negotiations period. When we went to showings, Emil "inspected" the house and gave his recommendations based on our style and needs. He could sense when I was starting to "settle" on properties, and kindly reminded me that the perfect house will present itself soon. It did, and our closing was within 30 days and was very smooth. Emil was present for each minor and major step of the process, and I'm thankful he was our agent for the entire process.

A fantastic family owned and operated business that's been around for decades. Love the fact that it's not a one of the chains. We've used Chandler Realty several times and have always had a great experience.

They are terrible. They took forever to give me the house in good condition (as in cutting the grass and repairing the bathroom). Also the bathroom had a leak that came with the house that I didn't know about so my first water bill came up to $500. They were also very rude to me about it when I call them about the situation also the first time I set up the auto-pay something went wrong and I got an email the day after my rent was due saying that I'm now getting charged an extra 500 because of me being late. So I went to the company one day after the rent was due because that is when I got the email saying my payment did not go through and I showed them my bank account showing that the money was in there and I don't know why it didn't come out and they told me for whatever reason supposably my bank didn't allow them to pull the money through so I said okay so I'll give it to you right now but they were still trying to charge me the $500 extra, mind you I got that email at midnight so I went there at 8 in the morning as soon as they opened so technically I was only 8 hours "late". Also they were supposed to clean the gutters before I moved in but for whatever reason there was a dent so they couldn't do it and it took them until now to fix that dent and paint over a missing patch in the bathroom that ended up getting mold because of how long they took but thankfully I was able to scrub it out. I moved in there in May of 2016 when I was seven months pregnant and I've been out of that house for about a month now but my lease has finally ended today and once again I got a rude call from them because they are rushing for me to give them the keys but yet they weren't rushing to get my house ready for when I moved in. I'm so glad that I bought my own house this was my first experience with a realty company for renting and never again would I go through this. Also my husband is military so it is a shame that that is how they treat our military.
