I used Zillow to find my home, and Jedd Smith was the guy who showed up (I hadn't chosen a realtor for myself and was just going to go with whoever). I'm glad Jedd showed up and not some other guy because he was very friendly, on time, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I consider myself a smart guy, but I had no idea what to expect during the home-buying process. Jedd guided me from start to finish with ease. He answered all of my questions very promptly and adequately. He would point important things out at places we would look at that I had not known to look out for, which proved beneficial in the end. I gave him a list of what I wouldn't settle for (wouldn't live underneath anyone, needed 2+ BR, 2+ bath, near oceanfront, etc.) and he made a custom list of places online for me to look at before we went to check them out in person. Jedd let me know when things had to be done quickly and what I needed to do to prepare for the next step. I highly recommend using Jedd as your realtor.

We clicked very early with Jedd Smith as he understood both our home desires and sense of humor. When it came to house hunting, he was very responsive both day and night, and always sought/received answers to the questions we asked. From inspections to surveys, Jedd made the process seamless when we found a home. He was also instrumental to our mortgage search as well as connecting us with a local builder to help us make some upgrades after purchase. Simply put, he’s a solid agent, and we’d gladly use him again and recommend him to future buyers/sellers.

Have you heard of the Art of the Deal? That book pales in comparison to how Ryan closes on his accounts. He smashed and re-wrote that book! Ryan was a great help throughout the entire process on purchasing my first home. Ryan answered every question I had quickly and with the most details possible. I felt comfortable with the purchase throughout the entire process. If we need information from the seller or the listing agent, he will hunt it down and get it solved quickly. Ryan is very clear and honest when presenting properties and will tell you if something isn’t right, including the area of purchase. If you want an honest and hardworking realtor, then Ryan will always be the go-to guy! I am excited that I met him and will recommend him to anyone that is looking for property!

Lauren Wilson was a delight! She immediately made me feel comfortable like I had known her for years. She guided me through the process, staying in constant contact. The marketing team at Lonnie Bush is really rock-star quality also. Within 24 hrs of my house being listed I had 2 great offers. Then Lauren had to scramble and help me find a house. Again, she made that process very easy for me. She's also a great negotiator and got me a great deal with perks I wouldn't even have thought to ask for. The whole team was fabulous from start to finish. If I ever decided to move again, Lauren would be my first and only call.

Jedd was a great realtor! He helped us find a GREAT deal on a house that will pretty much get instant 20k of equity! We had a long process for house buying (like 4 months), yet he was so patient with us to find us the perfect house through the rain, snow, and sun! We also had put like 4 different offers on houses because it's such a quick demanding market, and he stuck with us through all of those! All in all, he helped us find the perfect home for our current situation. He also utilized Lonnie Bush's team whenever he needed in tricky situations for houses that had multiple offers on them to make sure he gave us the best professional advice he could offer.
