Do not rent a property from this company! I repeat. Do not rent a property from this company! My husband and I move every couple of years and I have never dealt with a rental property company this does not care about the property they are renting, talks bad about the owners of the property, are rude, do not respond to emails, and take months (yes months) to repair what is broken in the home including something as essential as the heater. The customer service is non-existant and the staff is rude. I read all the horrible reviews before renting, but we chose to go with them anyway. Huge mistake. Next time I will take the reviews at face value. If we could get out of this lease without paying them a dime, we would do it in a heart beat.

Cameron Bernard has been absolutely wonderful to work with so far. He has been diligent and respectful to our wants and needs for a new home. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a home to come see him. Very pleasant attitude and good sense of humor. We got hit with some bad news and he made me feel so much better by letting us know he was still in our corner. I have a lot of confidence that he will find us our diamond in the ruff.
