BUY WITH CONFIDENCE WITH CHEYENNE!! She absolutely blew us away with how knowledgeable, professional and in-tune with our needs she is! I can't say enough positive things. We're first-time buyers in the area, coupled with a cross-country move for corporate relocation. Cheyenne PATIENTLY took me out to find the perfect house. She then coordinated and FaceTimed me for the inspections, took measurements of the rooms for us, kept in constant communication with us and negotiated a better deal than we could have imagined! Cheyenne is a consummate professional and we are grateful for her expertise! Moving is stressful, buying a house is stressful and when you do so from the other side of the country it's petrifying! Cheyenne's patience with me (I'm finicky and know everything!) and experience made the entire process a joy! I can't wait to work with her again and would recommend her to EVERYONE I know. Megan Morris helped sell our home in Virginia Beach. From start to finish she was very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. We had already moved out of state while she was selling our home, and on a regular basis she kept in contact with us and eased any concerns we had. closing on our home was easy, as Megan was attentive to every detail. Let me just start by saying that Cheyenne was a God send when it came to our home buying experience. My husband is active Navy and, subsequent to his deployment last year, he and I were living in separate states when we started searching for our first home together. Additionally, we welcomed our first born in the midst of these busy life events! We were first time home buyers so having a Realtor who knew the business was very important. Even though we were confident that Cheyenne would represent our best interests, my husband desired to know how the process worked and did his homework throughout; she was supportive in his efforts and answered questions day and night. My husband did most of the meeting and conversating with Cheyenne but she was always accommodating and desired to include me in anyway possible. She scheduled viewings to fit my travel schedule and life with a newborn. She was also patient when I had to “view” properties via FaceTime. Cheyenne really took to heart what we desired in our future home. She understood the difficulties we had faced, being a long distance family for nearly a year, and was eager to help us find a home, not just sell us a house. Cheyenne was enthusiastic but not overwhelming when the time came to weed through our property choices. She gave solid but unbiased advice which helped us make educated choices that were our own and we knew we wouldn’t later regret. We used Cheyenne’s suggestions for Mortgage Broker and Title Company which made the closing process simple, well thought out and involved impeccable professionals. We are happy to call Cheyenne our Realtor and friend. Even though our experience didn’t involve Megan (the other half of CoVA) we had the pleasure of meeting her on several occasions and were very impressed with her desire to make sure we were happy and well taken care of.
