I was not satisfied with my experience with this company. While the agent was nice, It felt like she wasn’t very invested in the sale. The first time we were supposed to meet to view a property, she did not get the key in time. She didn’t bother to tell me this. Had I not contacted her before I left, I would have shown up and been unable to view the property. The second time we met to view the property, she did not get the correct key. She didn’t double check with the seller to make sure they were letting us into the correct condo. I had to correct her when I got there. How do you not know what property you’re trying to get someone to buy? She was not very proactive in finding the answers to questions I had. I had to contact the seller to get answers to questions that were about make or break situations for me. Communication does not seem to be her strongest trait. I had a similar experience with the person they put me in contact with for financing. My experience with them was just all around unsatisfying. I would not suggest this company to anyone. I plan on finding another realtor to actually purchase a place with.

I spoke with Oren Mason today. It was so refreshing speaking to someone with his patience, and respect. I do not live in his territory. I am located in New York, he still took the time to send me links for the information I needed. If I lived in Virginia I would definitely use him for realty purposes.

I was incredibly nervous going into this process, but Oren Mason really put me at ease! It was evident he had a passion for his work and was knowledgeable about the market. I am appreciative of his patience with all questions I had. He made it a simple process and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else. Very satisfied with my choice and highly recommend. Chantel Ray was a great pick overall and I will be returning in the future.
