The Real Estate Group is an excellent property management company. Requested repairs by the tenant are addressed in a timely fashion. Communication between all parties is great as well. I feel that the tenants are respected and taken care of. Property owners have easy access to monthly statements and maintenance reports as well.

Lisa Chandley is a miracle worker. With her working with The Real Estate Group she is highly attentive to detail, and a professional in every sense of the word. With my home, Lisa was able to advertise and have a tenant rent out my place within WEEKS in a tough market. With me being hundreds of miles away from my home, Lisa is able to manage the property, and solve any concerns with a quick solution. Every month Lisa makes sure the tenants pay on time, and establishes a connection to where you will not want to disappoint her. She is the ONLY property manager I want for my home, and when I decide to sell I will ONLY work with her because she gets the job done quick.

The Real Estate Group is an excellent real estate company. I have both purchased and sold several properties utilizing their services and have found them to be extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and proficient. The properties included homes in Hampton Roads, Virginia as well as Northeastern North Carolina. I would recommend this company and it's group of professionals to anyone looking to buy or sell in both Hampton Roads or Northeast North Carolina.
