This branch is the most unhelpful branch of chase I’ve ever visited. The bankers are rude and the ATMs are always experiencing issues.
I was in the area for an appointment and went to get a document notarized. I have notarized this particular type of document for years with no issues until today. The notary and staff was looking for every reason under the moon to not notarize my document. They kept attempting to make small talk to figure out why I was 45 minutes from my home and came to this bank which doesn’t matter. They ask me if I have a business account with them which doesn’t matter. I have been to Regions, BofA, Chase and UPS to get this document notarized numerous time with no issues. From the moment I walked in the door at this bank they were on high alert. The notary says she’s done this for a long time but she researching google on what she should do. Laughable.
This place is rude from the drive through, broken ATMs and now extremely inconsiderate of others time. I had an appointment with Renisha, she called me 30 minutes before our meeting to talk about the appointment which I made clear what I was looking for, as I have been there for the same reason with no problems in January. I come in and waited turns out Renisha left sick, could have said something but Ok I was given Joshua , however he was unable to do anything my appointment was made for. It was obvious Renisha was only hearing me instead of listening as she completely miscommunicated everything to Joshua. I made time to be able to make this appointment happen and it was a wasted. If there is going to be one banker available for the whole chase make sure they can do everything what is the point of having someone there that can only do a portion of work? Thanks for wasting my time
I only use the drive through to cash or deposit an occasional check. I have found the people who have assisted me to be courteous and prompt. Drive through is no longer open on Saturday, not a problem for me, I live 4 blocks away, and go by it a couple of times a week. Sometimes there will be a line at the drive through and I will pass up and try the next time, since the line can move slowly. I assume that is the basis for the many ATM complaints, people want to avoid using the teller if it is just to get some cash, which would definitely be annoying if the ATM is not working. BTW, as I am using the window, there is almost always someone using the ATM machine, it seems to get heavy traffic.
I am going to preface this with I understand Covid-19 has had a profound effect on jobs, income and procedures within the workplace for all industries. However, this location has had issues with their 24/7 ATM for at least two years. There is always some service that is down on the machine. This is unfortunate for me as I often leaving work having cash on hands and want to rid of it. Today, after attempting to use the ATM and finding that it is still down and has been since Wednesday I decided to walk inside and speak with someone about whether an order has been placed to fix it or at least ask a manager if they even are aware of its frequent issues. Pulled around up front to park to see trash covering the parking lot, the side of building and the entry way into the bank. Trash consisting of cardboard signs, snack wrappers, clothing articles, plastic bottles, foil, paper wads, plastic bags and all of this within four feet from the front door! THE ENTRY WAY. Immediately, I am even more peeved. In the midst of a global pandemic, the locations leadership cannot even have a functioning ATM made for their sell on “convenience” nor can they uphold a clean atmosphere for their customers. You literally have to walk thru trash to get inside a BANK. And customers are suppose to think your location is abiding CDC guidelines sanitation time targets, health assessments on employees, etc when they can’t even pick up the trash on their way in. This is not shade to any particular employee here except for the manager petite in stature with short hair whom took zero responsibility for the ATM maintenance and cleanliness of her location. She recommended I call the number on the back of my card to handle the ATM being down so frequently and admitted to seeing the trash, walking by it daily and as she opened the store today. Said she submitted “tickets” for repairs but refuses to pick up the trash nor let her staff do it. So I ask this, if you are too high and mighty to pick up the trash in front of your bank, then who isn't good enough? Who is less worthy than you to pick it up? Me?
I love this branch. I've been a credit union person forever and even worked at one for a few years. The idea of opening an account at a national bank really didn't sit well with me but both of the credit unions we bank with don't have local branches, which is fine, because we rarely do anything aside from deal with things online or at an ATM. But we decided we really needed an account with a local branch, just in case. My husband and I had recently gotten married and I needed to go into a branch to get my name changed over. Dread. We'd just moved into apartment a couple blocks from this branch so it was really convenient to be able to pop in really quick on my way home from work. The service I received when I stopped in was fantastic. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was able to sit down with an associate right away. The process was extremely painless and him and another gentlemen even chatted with me about the wedding and everything while I waited for paperwork to be processed. I was very thankful for the ease of everything and impressed with the friendliness and level of professionalism. I wish I remembered the names of the gentlemen who were so friendly and helpful so that I could give them specific praise. I've since stopped in here for small transactions that I didn't want to do through the ATM and every time has always been quick and painless. Everyone is very friendly. I'm really so happy to have this branch just a couple blocks from home! Great job y'all.
This is one of the BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL banks in the city. The service has always been reasonably fast, courteous and ready to answer any questions I have. All of this is true whether I am dealing with a teller or one of their individuals that takes care of car loans or any other problem I might have.
Horrible customer service, at least in my experience! The banker Dwayne was very rude, unwelcoming, and really not helpful at all. I called customer service and received an apology for his behavior and unprofessionalism. No greeting at all, just rudeness, he even suggested I go to another bank instead of helping me open a checking account and seeing my other options. Rushed service and his face, voice, and body language conveyed stress. Chase you have failed once again! Avoid this bank at all cost!!! The worst!!! I should've followed my first mind and went elsewhere.
Drove up to the drive teller I'm the only vehicle we greet each other I tell the clerk what I can be helped with, and very rudely she said there is a long line in front and left me waiting there for 8 minutes. I was confused because it started well and end up being rude, she could've just said well be right with you and I wouldn't of cared if she took 30 minutes. Needless to say someone else showed up!!
Zero sense of urgency at this location and service was rude. I tried to get a cashiers check... I don’t have my account number memorized— normally they can just write it in for me if I provide my ID and chase card. I’ve been doing this for 10 years, never an issue. The woman assisting the drive in today refused to look up my number, stating it’s against their policy to do so and that I could pull up an online statement to find the number. This whole process took at least fifteen minutes, and she still ultimately wasn’t able to give me a cashiers check. New all time low for chase. I’m never coming to this location again.
