Benita was horrible. She not only hung up I my face but she Did not want to give out her name

Location is usually badly understaffed. I came by to make a withdrawal before they closed and was turned away because it was 5 minutes before closing time. I understand understaffing is an issue usually not brought on by the employees. However, bad service and long wait times are really making me consider banking elsewhere.

Incompetent staff with high turn over rate. Manager is a ditz.

The teller Tala with the long last name totally disrespected my mother. My mother was asking for personal checks and Tala told us we don't have enough in the account to bother her with that request.
