Excellent, free parking, free entrance. Most trails are walk only, no bikes or pets (makes the park very clean). You'll see lots of animals in warm seasons. People need to be more educated and stop throwing bread and garbage snacks to the turtles, they pollute the river and can make animals sick, I see it all the time, worst part is they have their kids and make them think this is alright. Besides people, this park offers great peaceful trails, I've seen deer, hawks and lots of bird species. Lots of blooming sunflowers when in season.

I love taking the kids here to walk the trails. We love that there are various lengths of trails, and the "fairy fort" on the yellow path. We have seen many birds and butterflies, as well as a deer and a mink. A little oasis in town. The Nature Center itself is good too with exhibits of local animals, and educational displays about the area. My oldest daughter currently loves the back room with the bird feeders near the window to watch. We enjoy the monthly Creature Feature lecture that's kid- friendly and the other activities they have throughout the month. Everyone there that I've talked to has been really nice.

Love the walking paths and the little game trails to follow. It's nice to have a little piece of nature in town.
