Pawnee Prairie Park

Love taking the pup out here! Get to see some deer and turkeys roaming about. Such a quiet place, you can go for a good two mile walk without interacting with anyone. There’s so many variations of the trail you can go on as well.

Had a nice trailride today despite the couple of showers that went through. At least, we could wait it out in the trees. Park looks good. Areas were mowed that need to be. Places for horses or bikes were clearly marked and trails were marked well.

Nice place to ride horses and enjoy nature. I always see a few deer and lots of birds. Trails are easy and there are a couple of bridges to cross.

Been going here since 1982. Quiet, peaceful, you can see deer. Bring your horse, walk, check out the cowskin Creek, have a picnic, birdwatch, and a Lot more... Multiple paths, plus a concrete path... Like being in the middle of nowhere, has stayed pretty much natural over the years.

Great place to run or walk with all kind of wildlife, trees and other different scenery. It has all kinds of trials through it and you could just continue taking little offshoot trials for ever. It is also cool that there is a creek that is flowing through and the various bridges and stuff.
