This is a fantastic way to learn a little more about New York and Central Park whilst having a great work out.The running guide Beth was fantastic and shared so much knowledge. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. The pace was great with plenty of stops to catch breath and take photos. I saw so much more of the park than I would of done just running on my own.It was a highlight of my trip and will be remembered for a very long time.

This was an amazing experience!!! The tour it self was super interesting. I learned so much, and it’s the sort of tour I would never have gotten to in any other way. Sarah was super nice and answered all our questions. And to get all this while running is just amazing!!! Made me want to take all the other tours! Thank you Sarah!

On a recent trip to NYC, my wife and I booked a run with David to Central Park. He met us at our hotel and took us on a tour. It was a great run to learn some of the culture along the way.

This was a wonderful tour today. I absolutely loved my run across the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges while being given much knowledge about the area from my excellent tour guide Sarah. Perfect day started with a perfect run!!

The best way to see the city and get in a good workout!! The bridge runs were AMAZING!!!! And the guides like my new best friends!!
