Customer service was okay. They didn't have much that fit our needs, but seemed a little pushy on other options. My mother in law fell on ice while we were looking at the homes, I feel they could have cleared better pathways and laid down more salt to prevent that. The lady we were with did walk with her the rest if the way to make sure she was okay though.

Just moved into my new home from Clayton. I loved everything about the experience working with them. Any problem that came up they fixed and were just super. I have recommended them to my grandparents and would recommend them to anyone. Go check them out, tell Joe that Randall sent you. :)
