Mrs. Mandy Helton, is the nicest most knowledgeable mobile home sales rep. I've ever meet. She answered all my questions and even ones I didn't even known to ask. What made the time there even better was the beautiful homes that my wife and I saw. Clayton Homes has the best beautifulest houses in the whole nation.

Too bad you can't rate this place any lower. Management is horrid and severely unfriendly. Some of the sales reps need improvement in their people skills.

My girlfriend bought a used mobile home from Clayton paid cash no financing come to find out a yr later that the taxes had not been paid in years & that the state has a lein on it. That was 3 yrs ago & still not resolved and Clayton Homes just gives her the run around I told her to lawyer up snd go after the crooked place you would get no stars if it was a choice

The staff has the best customer service I have ever seen. They are not pushy or overbearing. The salesman we dealt with, Ricky, he is very sweet and cares about your home needs and you. He was patient with us since we haven't bought a home before and they stay with you every step of the way. Even his supervisor, Jason went out to the site with us and went through all the paperwork with us. It was a great experience.

Don't buy from here! The park behind them. Waits til your about ready to pay your home off and finds Stupid reason to kick you out of the park!
