This place is a joke. I did an application after agreeing to purchase a mobile home from and individual for 6500 cash. Have the funds to purchase available. They said i had to many derogatory credit line... Ok i explained i am in the process of divorce and moved here from Florida. Give a single father of 3 a chance i make 6000 a month i can easily pay the 346.00 a month remember I've already paid for the mobile home in cash. Smh good luck to all those who apply.

Quiet and the lakes are just a bonus if you like to fish or just feed/watch the ducks. Some people are just slobs. Yes slobs are everywhere tho.

Not bad but need to do better about goose poop clean up. Plus the high traffic sound.

It is a nice clean mobile home park with lakes throughout duck live in the small lakes it is a quiet community.
