CNS Jewelry & Watch Repair

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Absolutely awful customer service. As someone who works in jewelry, I would never treat my customers the way I was treated today. I had already had a bad experience with another location so I called this location to see if they could fix the issue. The manager I spoke with agreed to fix the other locations mistakes within a short period at no cost to me. I show up and speak to another employee who has the audacity to tell me that my Center stone isn’t loose when I know for a fact that it is because I saw it moving. Then I start to explain the situation to her about the other location and she proceeds to tell me that “she knows who did the other work and there is no way they would have done that”. Well obviously she did. So I informed her that who I had spoken with earlier had agreed to do the work for free. She replied with “ yeah this time.” And then she said it wouldn’t be done until tomorrow which is not the agreed upon time as the previous manager had said it would be. So thank you CNS Jewelers. I will never be back nor will I recommend you or your other location to any of my future customers. And I realize they probably won’t read this because they don’t put the customer first otherwise I wouldn’t have had not just 1 but 2 issues at 2 separate locations within a week.

I had my engagement ring repaired and rhodium plated here. They did beautiful high quality work. It looks better now than it did originally. I highly recommend CNS. They are fast and friendly too. This is the only place I trust with my jewelry!

I had my husband's custom wedding ring made here. They took a picture of what I wanted and made the ring look just like it. They were able to use the gold and diamonds from a couple of old rings I took in. The pricing was great and the ring was perfect. They did a special engraving inside the ring that made it even more special. I will always take my work to them. They are caring, friendly, and professional.

I've been having custom work done at the quail Springs mall location for a few years now and Peter has been awesome. He is very attentive to the customer's needs and he values the customers concerns. His input is invaluable, his custom work is extraordinary. I consider him as a savant, a master jeweler in regards to custom work and I highly recommend him if you're in the Oklahoma City area!!!!!!

All the employees were so friendly, they just made my entire year! They fixed, cleaned, buffed out scratches from my old 14k ring and earrings, they look brand new! Highly recommend them, also fast service, had it ready in under an hour the night before thanksgiving!
