Generations Watch, Clock, & Jewelry Repair

Quick, and painless. Went in for a watch battery, and to put on a new watch band for my Invicta watch. The band had four pieces to it, so it wasn't just a normal band install. $13 was a good price, and friendly service. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I also liked their white dog Lilly.

My initial visit was face to face- I visited with a very nice young man. I asked him if they could come to our home and work on a grandmother clock. He immediately said yes and he might even be able to come that same day. I told him that would be great - he said if I can't make it today it will probably be the next day which was on Thursday. He said he had a clock convention in Wichita, Kansas that weekend. I did not hear from him for over a week so I called and he answered the phone and said he was with a customer- would it be alright if he called me right back. I said sure that would be fine! I waited another several days- called again and he again said I am with a customer-can I call you back. I said sure- guess what- never did hear from him. I was very disappointed that I never did hear from anyone at that business. I am not sure how they stay in business.
