I have dealt with these same two gentlemen for years. They did a beautiful job of repairing my necklace catch, took care of it in a timely fashion, and were very personable and informative. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have a local business that I can rely on when I need them...the only detractors I have seen is that the website front page is cluttered and hard to process...I pulled the site up three different times to put this review in before I called the store and found out there was no place on the site to comment...

The only place I will take my watches or jewelry. CNS fixed a watch the original watch maker could or would not fix! They are professional and good people.

The staff took a disastrous event by a HUGE brand jeweler, and turned it into a perfect day. They were amazing, quick, kind, and affordable. Never going anywhere else for jewelry repair.

I always get my dog tags engraved here for my wiener dogs. I custom order the tags offline and bring em to CNS to have them engraved by Fletcher, the Jewelsmith Master
