Brockhaus Jewelry made buying my first watch an experience I will never forget. Brad and his brother, David, helped me find the perfect graduation present in the matter of minutes. Not only did they help me find a nice watch, but they sent in a special order request to the company to ensure that I got the watch I wanted which made me feel like a very appreciated and valued customer. I knew that it would be a great day when I made this purchase, but Brockhaus really enhanced the experience and truly blew me away with their quality customer service. They also engraved my watch for free and offered a weekly cleaning service. Overall, Brockhaus exceeded my expectations and I’m proud to say I am a loyal Brockhaus customer after my first experience!

They are the best Jewelers around. They do repair work they're flexible with payment options they sell the best jewelry around and the people are so courteous they stand by their work and also do custom work. You can't find a better Jeweler around and that is a fact.
