Very unprofessional. I brought in a clock for repair and was told he wouldn't repair it. I asked about purchasing a clock key which I was told they sell there, and he said no. I was wanting to look at clocks to purchase, but he walked away and never came back out of the back room again. Was great to see that many clocks and watches in one place, but considering he refuses to do business with people he apparently doesn't approve of, it's no wonder why there are so many sitting around.

Needed a last minute Air Force blues name tag NEXT DAY! Mr. Kim stayed open an extra 30 minutes while I drove across town so he could make it for me right then and there. He only charged me $8!
