I have always enjoyed my experiences at Colonial Service Center. The quality of service makes me feel confident that the job will not only be done right, but done well. My rep is Joey Kubistek. We have enjoyed getting to know each other over the past 5 years and the entire department makes you feel like a valued and respected customer with the friendly atmosphere and personal service. Kudos to the Colonial team!

Transmission replaced and the solution to issues was to just drive it over the course of a month. Had to take it back 4 different times to find a solution. Final day of fix “hopefully” and scheduled a shuttle for 12:30. Called at 12:40 with no ETA of driver. At 12:43 shuttle driver calls and asks for all the information we already shared with 1st schedule pick up. They’re trying and the employees seem genuine and competent, but the ball was dropped multiple times.

Great experience from start to finish. Totally professional, knowledgeable, patient and caring. Felicia Schultz was absolutely terrific.

Just went in for a simple oil change. Was told they couldn't get to it because of being short staffed. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return the next day and the actual service writer decided he would take the time to make it happen. You can't beat that for great service!

Usually friendly and helpful. As far as we know they have never tacked on false service charges unlike another local car dealership did.
