Man, my experience with VA Cars on Midlothian was indescribable. I was attended to by Mel. I went into VA Cars knowing that I had far far FAR less than average credit, and had been denied by literally every single dealership I tried to work with. Mel immediately made me feel at home and comfortable with my car buying experience. He was very down to earth and genuine and had an AMAZING spirit about him, start to finish. All of my doubts and stress were vanished when he took his time going over every possible option to get me into a new pair of wheels, never pressured me. Mel set me up with a gorgeous, reliable car to not only provide top notch transportation, but to also rebuild my credit quickly in the process. I truly feel Mel was like an angel in disguise because he also motivated me to never give up on trying to reach my dreams, and to always keep one foot in front of the other no matter what the circumstance may be. To never stop trying no matter what! And he genuinely meant that and had my best interest in mind. I was led here for a reason and am truly grateful for Mel’s service, Scott and the other incredible members of the team at Midlothian who assisted me!

I usually don't like car shopping but Reese Bryant was very respectful, professional and patient though the whole process at VA Cars. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and didn't pressure me like the other dealerships that I went to. This is the first time that I enjoyed the experience, it didn't take all day, and I drove off the lot feeling like I got a great car for a great deal!!! Thank you!!!

Went in just to see the inventory. Walked out with a great car! Thanks to Ramon and his lovely wife Myra we ended up with a wonderful car. I would greatly recommend them to anyone. Great personality and they listen to your need and wants Ramon will do anything he possibly can to meet your needs!!! Go check them out please!!!

Mel was great! There was no hassle and he made the deal go so smooth. We really enjoyed ate cat buying experience here. All of the staff were helpful, pleasant, and professional.

I was helped by Kenneth Fagan. It was a nice car buying experience. He was very professional and explained things step by step very clearly. He addressed any concerns and answered all the questions I had. Everyone overall was friendly and professional and very helpful!
