My experience with Beach Auto Brokers was great! I ran into some trouble with the first car I had purchased from them, and they were SO helpful with every step of the way. Rink, my salesman, was great! His sense of humor and care made my car buying experience run smoothly. Rick, the manager, was also a big help. I would highly recommend these guys!

Covered up rust, had too do so many repairs on the truck I purchased, guys sold me a truck that they had cleaned up and presented as mint and reliable. Trucks bodies rusted through, frame was rusted covered up by some paint, sold me the truck with my 6 month old baby with me claiming this would be a great truck for future to come and for transportation of my family. Horrible place to go should be blacklisted for military.

So far so good. I have had a few set backs with the vehicle I bought. Nothing the dealership did wrong. When I told the manager Rick Higgins about it, he sent me to a mechanic and they are taking care of the problem. They are genuine, courteous and have a a wonderful concept of service after the sale. If you don’t check out this dealership you will miss out on the fundamentals of how people should be treated.

Just awful. Called to see if a car on the USAA used car site was still available. I provided make/model/year/partial VIN. After initially getting a vacant response, I had to repeat the info. After a several minute hold, I was told it was available. The sales guy asked when I could come and see it. I said I was leaving immediately and would be there in 30-40 min. When I arrived, I was told the car was sold earlier that day. There were several groups of customers on this small lot, all needing assistance, but at least 2-3 sales guys were just chilling in the A/C, with no customers at their desks. It was an astonishing waste of time. Buy elsewhere.

NEVER, and I mean NEVER buy a vehicle from here. The vehicles are all in bad condition (salvaged and rebuilt titles) and they try and hide the carfax. Also all the good reviews are fake and forced by the dealership when you buy a car. Before they allow you to buy from them they force you to write a good review. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
