Brooke was outstanding. Very thorough. Attentive to my needs. I hate used car dealerships and this felt more like a home. I was very impressed and very shocked with the process. Terrell and Nick were great - smooth transaction. I had some hesitation about going in when I arrived at the dealership. I think it was all about the stereotypes with used car sales. BUT - I was there because they had a car that I saw online that was what I was looking for. I had looked online at a very high number of the model vehicle that I ended up buying from them - not just locally but in other parts of the country. The car had low miles and was advertised with a much lower price that I had seen of any of the cars I reviewed including higher mileage vehicles. (I looked for a few months). I was surprised at the level of service - the car needed to have the audio system/touch screen replaced ($2300 plus install) - the manufacturer replaced it under the warranty - no problems. I was going to finance with my credit union but there was no need - the dealership gave me a rate through another well known local credit union at a low rate. I'm taking a little time to rewrite this review - it has been almost four months since purchase and the people at the dealership have been great and the car is excellent.

Please believe me when I tell you, this place was EVERYTHING! They work with you, they make sure you walk out the place with the car that YOU want and for the price that sounds fair to YOU. Eric was my salesman, and he was so honest and humble. Not only him, but everyone on the staff. Sara, another salesperson, was very outgoing. She told me to keep telling myself that I was going to get the car and I did. Words can not explain how satisfied I am with my purchase. Best decision to come to this place.

They were so nice, helpful and patient. Brooke made sure she answered all our questions all our calls I made us feel very reassured. Nick help with financing and was so kind and explain every little detail. So grateful for them both.
