I went to another 2 dealerships before coming to Hall Mazda and they didn’t reach out to keep connected with me as if I wasn’t really ready to purchase. But when I went to Hall Mazda they kept up with me made sure I was still interested and even tried to find cars that worked for what I was looking for (dark color low miles leather ext) Bernard, Virgil, Bernadette, Leanne and Kris were so helpful and super patient with my circumstances and the car I wanted. I kept looking at a car but wasn’t a fan of the color but loved everything thing else. They searched and found me a couple other cars in colors I loved but guess what?! I got the car in the color I thought I didn’t want. Turns out you can’t beat the inside features of a touring!! I will be recommending Hall Mazda to everyone for their Friendly no hassles great customer service!!

Highly impressed with the impeccable service I received from every staff member I interacted with at Hall Mazda. They provided the level of service that will definitely make me a repeat customer. Zar, their driver, has a service heart of gold!

My experience? OUTSTANDING! I started car shopping three days ago; making contact with five dealers. My experience with the Hall Mazda Team is so much improved over the others, my choice was clear. From Carolyn’s timely initial contact and polite follow up, to receiving a solid quote(s) as requested via e-mail from Mark who then strategically massaged the numbers to bring the financial stars into alignment. The sales experience progressed flawlessly.
Some perspective…I live in Newport News, north of the airport, and I mistakenly confused Hall Mazda with Hall Ford nearer me. I could have simply taken Mark’s quotes to Hyman Bros., 5 minutes away and I’m confident they would have matched it. One problem, Hyman’s initial email contact with me did nothing to even begin fulfilling my request and the tone by word choice was disrespectful.
Mark’s customer service and people skills are pitch perfect as he went above-and-beyond to offer me gas to earn my business, but that had already been accomplished. I traveled 45 minutes with my daughter to complete a walk-around and test drive two vehicles last night. I was greeted warmly by Mike nearest the door who introduced himself to me and my daughter. My handpicked Sales person, Bernard, approached and politely introduced himself to me and picked up where everyone else left off and completed the sale under Mark’s watchful eye who had the financial paperwork standing by and it obvious Steven had accomplished the paperwork many times as he skillfully walked me through the documentation. I strolled through the best auto purchase of my 50 years by a staff who optimizes “One team” service.
I will remain a loyal Hall customer for as long as they continue to demonstrate this superior customer service and I will happily sing them accolades among family, friends and new acquaintances in need of a genuinely stellar car purchase experience. Thank you all!

I had to bring my MazdaCX7 in for a recall repair. I dropped the car off, had a loaner and was on my way in 10 min. I received a call when it was done and was checked out just as quickly. I also received a free inspection, and although I asked if they could wash my vehicle I found that it had been detailed! What a lovely surprise! I have to say the team there was very polite and my vehicle looked showroom ready! Kudos to Wes and his staff! I will definitely recommend Hall Mazda to everyone! Thank you soooo much! Happy dance!
