Had a pleasant experience with Roy my sales agent. I live almost 3 hours from the dealership so most of all was done over the phone and email. I purchased a 2015 Jeep and since it was previously owned I had concerns just as anyone. The purchase from a Volvo dealer did increase my level of confidence. Plus I had a past business relationship from the sales manager Manny who treated me fairly before. All this added to my confidence. Very important to me was the verbal description of the vehicle. Had I drove 6 hour round trip and discovered the vehicle was not described accurately I would have been upset. But this was not the case Roy was 100% honest in describing the vehicle. When I traveled to VA Beach it was to buy, not look. The Jeep was maybe better than expected. Me and Manny are already are planning my next purchase. Oh btw, the dealer prep was amazing, I felt as if I was leaving with a new Jeep. I see no reason they would treat anyone different than me so maybe this positive review will assist you making you decision with Wynne. Ask for Roy, he is a professional sales rep.

AMAZING! My experience with Ken, Sean and Manny was absolulety amazing. I came to test drive a car and never expected to walk away with the car but Ken made the whole process so easy and I never once felt pressured. I was a first time buyer so he broke literally everything down into detail for me, same with Sean and Manny. They were all so nice and welcoming, I would re-do the process over again a million times with them! Best place in Virginia Beach to buy a used or new car! Highly recommend if you want great, quality service!

Outstanding service provide by Wynne Volvo! Recently brought my XC-90 in for an electrical problem. Service department quickly diagnosed the issue as well as a couple of other problems that I had already been tracking. The service department provided a recommendation for resolution that ultimately saved me several hundred dollars in labor costs. Furthermore, they expedited the service allowing me to meet existing commitments. As happy as I am with Wynne Volvo Service, this singularly incredible experience started with the Sales department assisting me in movement of the XC-90 to Wynne on a weekend. This experience demonstrates Wynne's commitment to customer satisfaction across the board, each department doing their part in the process. Excellent service, fair pricing, professionalism, courteous, superior commitment to the customer! Outstanding! I highly recommend Wynne Volvo!
