Hall Acura Virginia Beach

Hall Acura of Virginia Beach, along with Jason Blanco and Curt Carter were amazing. They were really in tune with our needs and wants when it came to purchasing our vehicle. We were apprehensive and a little inexperienced in dealing with purchasing cars from anywhere. They were very informative and allowed us to make our own decisions on what we wanted to do. They gave us private time to discuss matters and focus on what we needed to better pursue the car we wanted. In the end, we decided to purchase the car as it was immaculate and worth much more than what they so graciously priced it at. They have a smooth process and hosted us and our small child so well (snacks and suckers.) If you really want a car please use Hall Acura. They were fantastic!

They were great. The only issue was they did not put gas in the car and my wife almost did not make it to the closest gas station which would not have been good. It was a pleasant experience.

As my car is getting older and starting to need slightly more extensive and costly repairs, I take it to the dealership (Hall Acura) for those repairs, so that I know I’m getting good parts and it’s being done correctly. I have taken my car to other places, only to still end up having to take it to the dealership because they did not find or fix the problem. One place even installed a part in incorrectly. Brian with the service team is great! He is very knowledgeable and courteous, always taking time to explain repairs to me and answering my many questions and concerns when I’m there or call to ask a question. He takes good care of my car. I know a lot of women feel car places try to get over on them thinking we don’t know anything and are easy targets. I trust Brian completely. He never recommends more than what my car needs and helps me prioritize repairs as to what needs to be done at that time or soonest and what I can hold off on for a little and get done later. Even as I’m sitting here writing this review, he came and did just that, helped me prioritize what I need to have done and that’s why he’s my “go to guy” for my car! :D

I'm very happy with the service I received today at Hall Acura in Virginia Beach. The whole process from booking the appointment to addressing my concern was handled well. The customer service is top notch!! Thank you Mr. Thompson for explaining to me what work was done & making me feel like a valued customer

Mr. Eric Osborne- Me and my wife purchase our 2018 Acura MDX from Mr. Bernard Bright. I must say that he is one of the most professional, polite and knowledgeable salesman we have ever encountered. The new car sales manager Mr. Kurt, made us feel like family, with welcoming arms and a listening ear. They have a great team over there at Hall Acura Virginia Beach, we are customers for life.
