Hall Nissan Virginia Beach

Purchased my 3rd Nissan from Hall in Virginia Beach and couldn't be happier. It had been 7 years since my last purchase and I still recognized some faces. In an industry with a lot of turnover it was certainly comforting to see familiar people. Eddie and Doug and Joel and Darrell and Nikki were all a pleasure to work with and met my every need and then some.

This is my second time working with this Nissan location. I went here to look into trading in my car, everyone was so nice and about business, and pleasing the customer. Robert Morgan was awesome to work with, didn’t feel pressured into having to buy a car. Told him what I wanted and he really worked with me, and I’m pleased and happy with my new ride! Thanks also to Paul Troche for always being so professional. Great team here!!! Would definitely come back.

Went in looking to upgrade and drop my payment down and accomplished both. I got a much higher value for my trade in than expected and moved up from a 2013 to a 2018. Dustin was great throughout the whole process. People have mixed reviews when it comes to Dealers but this is my 3rd transaction with Hall Nissan and I haven't had any issues on any of those trips.

We bought a car from them last year customer service was great. Service department still is wonderful though. not sure what happen though but went back and the service was not the same. In sales even though we did not trade our car in. Communication is definitely not there.

I've purchased several cars before but this, by far, was the best, most professional and courteous experience. Everyone was so accommodating and made sure I did not leave until i was satisfied with the car and numbers. I had coffee and hot chocolate while I waited and even amongst paper work, they fed me lunch. My salesman, Andre Irving, was straight forward with me and basically held my hand from start to finish! His knowledge of the cars and what suits my needs was far beyond my expectations! Big Shout out to Eddie P, as well. After several missed text exchanges and calls, I finally met him in person and as he said from the beginning, he got me in a BRAND NEW car. If you're looking for a used or NEW car, I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They'll take good care of you!!!!
