This company has gone downhill quickly .I bought my vehicle two years ago and now as I am trying to use my warranty, I am told that I have a deductible. I was told when I bought the car that I had no deductible. Not sure what ownership the dealership currently has but I question their ability to provide customer service later down the line. Update: no one can tell me about the warranty I purchased and that part of the paperwork was left out. I see that the owner comments on the reviews he likes. When I dealt with your company a few years ago, your son initially helped me and was amazing. Recently, my son had a check in hand from his credit union and he couldn't even get someone to call him back. When he did finally reach someone and told them he'd like to pick the car up, it was a hassle. He came to the dealership, again, check in hand and the car prep had taken the keys home. We had to drive from Carrollton to get there and no one had the decency to let us know. If this is how you value customers, I'd rather be an enemy.

Lyn was absolutely awesome to work with in our car buying experience. He gave great information about the cars we was considering. When we finally decided the right one my fiancée called and worked with the manager Chris to get us financed. When the deal was ready Lyn had the paperwork ready for us. We finished the deal in a timely manner and couldn’t have asked for any better service from Lyn or Chris. I highly recommend Select Automotive for your car buying needs. They are very friendly, professional, and will go above your expectations.

The service was great very happy to help while i got my financing in line. Had no problems doing paperwork and was able to get the car the day i had my money together! Very friendly staff willing to meet me at my budget as well. Would defenately recommend this place to others.

Select Automotive is a wonderful choice if you're looking to buy a nice used vehicle deal in town. The pricing is fair and the selection is decent in many price ranges. I spent 3 hours and drove 6 different choices. (Delicious coffee and open layout with great decor.) William was amazing, best I could of hoped for, honest, funny, not pushy, and informative with a lot of patience. I feel grateful I found a great location to refer friends. Plan on checking out another few options there before finalizing on specific vehicle. And my daughter may also be getting a vehicle here in the future too!

I saw this Yukon XL that I was looking for on Car Gurus. I contacted the dealer to see if the vehicle was available. I spoke with salesman Marty, he set me up with an appointment to come view it. After the appointment, it was the right one I was looking for. After discussing the pricing on the vehicle, we came to an agreement on the numbers. At that time, my application was submitted to the finance manager, she worked out a very good rate concerning financing, and I was very pleased with the details. We closed the deal the next day with a reputable bank for financing, I received a personal meeting with the banker and the terms were good, resulting in a win-win. All I can say is that I received outstanding customer service with the team that I was working with and would refer others to Select Automotive. (Spirit of Excellence)
